Group Hotel Room Rates

Superior King:	$249 per night (Single/Double Occupancy)
Deluxe Double:	$249 per night (Single/Double Occupancy)

Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes (subject to change), currently totaling 16.36% (7.05% State Tax, 8.56% City Tax, .75% City Tourism Tax).

Important Reservation Details

A one-night room deposit or a major credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
Group rates are available three (3) days before and after the event dates, subject to availability.
If your preferred dates or room type do not appear in the group block, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Extra Person Fee: $25 per person, per night (plus tax) for the 3rd and 4th guest in a room (maximum four guests per room).
Children under 18 stay free when sharing a room with parents.

Cancellation & Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
Hotel Check‑In: 4:00 PM
Hotel Check‑Out: 12:00 NOON
Guaranteed Early Check‑In: Available between 12:30 PM–4:00 PM for an additional $75 fee, subject to availability.
Early Departure Fee: One night’s room and tax will apply for departures prior to the confirmed check‑out date. Guests may reconfirm their departure date at check‑in to avoid this charge.
