Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes (subject to change), currently totaling 16.36% (7.05% State Tax, 8.56% City Tax, .75% City Tourism Tax).
Important Reservation Details
- A one-night room deposit or a major credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
- Group rates are available three (3) days before and after the event dates, subject to availability.
- If your preferred dates or room type do not appear in the group block, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
- Extra Person Fee: $25 per person, per night (plus tax) for the 3rd and 4th guest in a room (maximum four guests per room).
- Children under 18 stay free when sharing a room with parents.
Cancellation & Hotel Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
- Hotel Check‑In: 4:00 PM
- Hotel Check‑Out: 12:00 NOON
- Guaranteed Early Check‑In: Available between 12:30 PM–4:00 PM for an additional $75 fee, subject to availability.
- Early Departure Fee: One night’s room and tax will apply for departures prior to the confirmed check‑out date. Guests may reconfirm their departure date at check‑in to avoid this charge.
