Addison Dower Russell serves as General Counsel and Lobbyist for Tennessee REALTORS®. Addison is a principal with the Nashville-based government relations firm RFRS Government Relations, which is a subsidiary of the law firm of Farrar, Bates, and Berexa.
Prior to joining RFRS, Addison was legislative director for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. She also previously served as a research analyst for the Tennessee General Assembly’s Senate State and Local Government Committee.

Addison is a graduate of Auburn University and received her law degree from the University of
Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Addison and her husband reside in Mt. Juliet,
Tennessee with their two young children.
