Alyssa Dueck is the founder and CEO of Avanti Leadership, a firm that partners with executives and senior leaders to build stronger organizational alignment, decision making, and culture. Her work spans executive coaching, team development, and organization-wide leadership systems, including designing and leading the Catalyst Leadership Cohort in partnership with NCIGF, a program built to develop strong leadership foundations for the guaranty fund community.

Before founding Avanti, Alyssa spent 18 years coaching, training, and developing teams inside one of the world's largest nonprofits, work that gave her firsthand experience leading through complexity, cultural difference, and organizational growth. She holds a Master of Arts in Executive Coaching and Consultation from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
