Arthur Russell is currently the Executive Director of the Mississippi Insurance Guaranty Association. He has worked in the insurance claims industry for 40 years, with various claims-handling responsibilities, including workers' compensation, commercial liability, personal liability, and personal property claims.

Arthur has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Jackson State University and currently serves as a board member of NCIGF and Kids Chance of America. He is also a member of CLM (Claims and Litigation Management Professionals).
