Christi Lage has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in claims management, system development and implementation, operational procedures, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and leadership development. She joined Quad Assoc, LLC in 2025 and currently serves as the P&C Insurance Services Coordinator and Indiana FAIR Plan Manager.

Christi is actively engaged with the guaranty fund community and has contributed to the Innovations & Operations Policyholder Communications Subgroup and the Committee Engagement Subcommittee over the past year.
