Danny has been with the California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) since 2015, initially joining as Controller and transitioning to Director of Finance in 2021. In his current role, Danny provides financial leadership across all facets of the Association and oversees the Finance Department’s activities.

Before joining CIGA, Danny spent 15 years in accounting, finance, and treasury roles with companies in the Mining and Paper Distribution industries. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Danny moved to Los Angeles in 2007 on a temporary work assignment, but after falling in love with the country and more importantly meeting his future spouse, decided to make it home. Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen, and three children (high school, middle school, and elementary school), who keep them very busy.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), an MBA, and maintains a CPA Australia designation.
