Jonathan Lindsey is Director of Workers’ Compensation at California Insurance Guarantee Association, where he leads claims operations and drives strategic initiatives to support organizational goals. Jonathan began his journey in claims in 2008 at Liberty Mutual, later moving to Specialty Risk Services (Hartford), and then working as a temporary adjuster for Insurance Recruiting Specialist.

He started at CIGA in 2012 as a Claims Adjuster II, marking the beginning of a long-term commitment to the organization. Jonathan advanced through roles as Supervisor, Manager, and ultimately Director, reflecting his steady progression and leadership within the field.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of California Riverside, is certified in Workers’ Compensation Self Insurance (SIP), and has earned the experienced adjuster designation.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys watching Formula 1, supporting both the Los Angeles Clippers and Lakers, and traveling with his family as a proud father.
