Keith Kaplan serves as the Chief Liquidation Officer for both Bedivere Insurance Company (in Liquidation) and R & Q Reinsurance Company (in Liquidation).  Previously, he helped manage the liquidations of Reliance Insurance Company, Excalibur Re, and Healthcare Providers Insurance Exchange.
