Raymond Bauso is the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (PPCIGA). Ray joined PP&CIGA in 1998. Raymond began his insurance career in 1986 as a Claim trainee at USF&G Insurance Company. Raymond held the positions of Claim Representative, Litigation Supervisor and Claim Manager at USF&G and Claim Manager at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Raymond was the Vice-President of Claims at the Guaranty Association prior to serving as Executive Director.  He currently serves on the Public Policy committee with the NCIGF.  

Ray earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980, and Master of Arts degree in 1983, both from Villanova University, in Villanova, Pennsylvania, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. Raymond grew up in the city of Philadelphia and currently resides in Marlton, New Jersey.
