++Above daily rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, currently at 14.95% and a Boston-Cambridge Tourism Destination Marketing District (BCTDMD) assessed at 1.5% of gross room rental revenue.

Waived guest amenity fee of $29 per night

Reservation Deadline: May 30th, 2025 (subject to availability)

A one-night deposit plus tax will be required at time of reservation

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 prior to scheduled arrival to avoid forfeit of one night’s deposit plus tax.
