Attendees acknowledge that participation in in-person events may involve exposure to communicable illnesses, such as COVID-19. Individuals who are ill or experiencing symptoms of illness are asked not to attend the event. If you are at increased risk for severe illness and complications from communicable illnesses, please consult with your healthcare provider prior to attending the event.

By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with attendance at an in-person event, such as the risk of contracting a communicable illness. While NCIGF staff are committed to your safety, no amount of procedures or planning will make attending this event risk-free. By attending this event, you voluntarily accept this risk.

NCIGF is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, travel disruption, lost or stolen property, or other damages or losses related to attendance at the event. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and assume the ordinary risks associated with travel and participation in an in-person event.

All matters arising out of or relating to this event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought in the federal and state courts located in Marion County, Indiana and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Registrants who cancel 30 days or more in advance of the event start date will be refunded their registration fee less a 25% administrative charge. Registrants who cancel less than 30 days in advance of the event start date will be refunded 50% of their registration fee. No refunds provided for cancellations made fewer than 3 business days in advance of the event start date. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the NCIGF. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted nor processed. Refunds will be made in the original payment method.
